Queries for Contemplation

Has it been your experience too that “at the core of all that exists” there dwells and “energy and vibration of joy” that is “not unlike a giggle”?
If so, what are the implications of that for our work and our struggle for justice-making?
I'm answering the daily Meditation question from Matthew Fox.  I do have a sense of wonder and awe when I perceive beauty in nature, the stars, the universe.  Yesterday morning was the peak of the Perseid meteor shower. I went to a neighborhood park at 4 am to look for shooting stars.  I sat quietly, and after 2-3 minutes of looking closely upward, I saw the streak of a shooting star.  Wonder and excitement filled me.  I think this question about joy is similar.  Perhaps not a "giggle", but peace and a kind of smiling energy.  I think justice making is a complicated art.  It calls for standing and being bold in some cases.  I think when we can embrace all non-dually, justice is more possible and creative when we shift the framework and paradigm of our assumptions.  Jamie Long August 14, 2019
