My Outrageous Love Letter written in Outrageous Love Letter Writing Group on October 19, 2020: Joy is a First Principle of Kosmos. I am just starting to figure out what First Principles mean, not for me as a skin encapsulated ego, but perhaps for Kosmos itself? What does Joy mean for a Unique Self? Earthism Part 4 (Ch 10) The Theology of Earthism In this chapter of his book, Cobb gives impassioned plea for humanity and Christianity to integrate the Earthist paradigm as devotion. Cobb is careful not to equate the earth to divinity directly, "Earth is not God, and God is not Earth". However, to rid us of the excesses of economism, adopting a story which centers our moral and economic life directly on the earth in community with life.
